Birthdays of the Month

March brought us two very special reasons to celebrate — the birthday of our amazing director and one of the children in our care! Nothing makes us happier than seeing their eyes light up and their big, genuine smiles. We planned everything with so much love to make sure this moment was unforgettable and full of affection. Wishing them lots of health, happiness, and a life filled with wonderful achievements!

Creativity in Action

Our little ones got super creative during their free time this month! They had the chance to explore new skills and pick up some fun, enriching habits. From making beaded bracelets and solving puzzles to crafting paper airplanes — there was no shortage of imagination. These moments not only boost creativity but also strengthen friendships!

Family Reunions

A true blessing! This month, two of our kids were reunited with their families. It’s always a mix of joy and a bit of saudade, but more than anything, we wish for them to grow up in a home full of love, safety, and care. May this new chapter be filled with happiness!

New Arrivals

While some say goodbye and move on to a new journey, others arrive looking for care and support. In March, we welcomed three new children into our home, and our mission remains strong: to provide them with all the love, protection, and opportunities they need to build a bright future. Thanks to the generosity of so many kind souls, we’re able to guarantee access to education, healthcare, housing, meals, fun, and safety. We’re beyond grateful for this amazing support network that helps us change lives!

Trip to the Dentist

Taking care of our kids’ smiles is a top priority! Every month, they get dental check-ups, thanks to the kind hearts of Dr. Ana Amélia, Dr. Verônica, and Dr. Renata Leitão, who volunteer their time and skills. We’re truly thankful for this incredible act of care and generosity!

Food Safety Training

We’re always looking for ways to improve the services we provide. This month, our lovely cook, Edinez, took part in a food safety training at SESC to learn more about proper food handling. Trainings like this are super important to keep our meals safe and nutritious for the kids.

Fun & Happiness

There’s nothing like the pure joy on our kids’ faces during playtime! The pool and the garden are their favorite spots, where laughter and fun fill the air. Seeing them smile like that gives us all the motivation we need to keep creating unforgettable, love-filled moments.

Did You Know You Can Have a Positive Impact on the Life of an At-risk Child?

In a shelter like ours, the list of needs never ends. We’re always in need of hygiene items, diapers, milk, and non-perishable food. Right now, our biggest needs are diaper rash creams and XXL-size diapers. Any help you can give means the world to us and brings comfort and care to our little ones.
