Caring for every smile at Lar Maná
Each month, as we welcome new children into Lar Maná, we are reminded of how essential it is to care for their health from the very beginning. In November, our children visited the dentist, and once again we are deeply grateful to the dentists @melu_lapa, @draveronicaluna, and @drarenataasleita, who welcomed them with such compassion and kindness
This care goes far beyond dental treatment. It is work done with genuine love and dedication, and we see firsthand how this gentle, attentive approach makes a meaningful difference in the children’s lives.
Progress in Our Facilities
November also brought meaningful progress to our construction projects. We were especially thankful to celebrate the completion of a new space within the children’s apartments.
Thanks to funds raised through a charity bazaar, made possible by generous donations, we were able to deliver larger and more comfortable apartments for both boys and girls. These improvements offer greater comfort, dignity, and room to grow.
A Day They Will Always Remember
During a special visit to the mall, the children enjoyed a movie, pizza, and a magical Santa Claus visit.
Moments like these go far beyond entertainment, they help create a lighter, happier childhood and build memories that will last a lifetime.
Caring for Their Vision
November was also dedicated to eye care. The children attended ophthalmology appointments, an essential step in identifying vision needs early and ensuring a better quality of life in their daily activities.
When Solidarity Turns into Real Impact
During the Miss Universe season, Lar Maná was honored to receive support through solidarity initiatives that generated a direct financial impact on our mission.
As a result of this meaningful collaboration, Miss Pernambuco, the winner of the competition, became an ambassador for Lar Maná, strengthening a partnership that helps us continue caring for vulnerable children with excellence and love.
Life Outdoors, Every Chance We Get
Enjoying outdoor spaces is part of our daily routine. Whenever possible, our children take part in picnics, bike rides, and outdoor activities, always alongside our dedicated educators, who participate wholeheartedly and make each moment even more special.
A Day at the Beach
November already carries the feeling of vacation. To take a break from their routine and enjoy the sunshine, we took the children to the beach!
As always, it was a joyful experience. Days like these refresh the spirit, spark laughter, and create memories the children will carry with them forever.
