We kicked off our Christmas decorations with the children fully involved, adding creativity and joy to every ornament. Between paint, smiles, and lots of laughter, we prepared our home to celebrate the birth of Jesus — together, as one family.
Vacation Days Full of Life and Joy
With the arrival of school break, our days became lighter and even more fun. There was time for swimming, games, outdoor lunches, and simply enjoying being a child. Simple moments, yet filled with joy and gratitude for the sunny vacation days God blesses us with.
A Day to Celebrate
Celebrating life is something very special here. With cakes, hugs, and the presence of the other children, we celebrated the birthday of one of our girls the way she truly deserves: with love, attention, and the sense of belonging that makes a difference.
A Special Visit from Eslovênia
This month, we welcomed Eslovênia, reality TV star and Lar Maná ambassador. Her visit brought even more joy to the children and reinforced the importance of people who embrace our mission and walk alongside us.
Our Christmas Celebration
Our Christmas Celebration was a very special day for our kids from Lar Maná, the children from our robotics and computer program who are part of our community, and the children from Vó Raimunda Foster Care.
Filled with the magic of Christmas,the local Children and Youth Prosecutor’s Office mobilized partners and supporters to help make this day unforgettable in the life of each child.
Confeitaria D’Lisboa Bakery, Com.Pão Bakery, and CAP Advisory Services also joined us and helped make this moment even more meaningful, filled with care and love.
It was magical. It was beautiful. It was blessed. And it will forever remain in the hearts and memories of everyone involved.
Caring for Every Smile
The children attended another dental appointment with the dentists who have been walking alongside us. This important care reinforces our commitment to the health, well-being, and bright smiles of every child.
Gifts With Love
Throughout the month, we welcomed volunteer groups who chose to make a difference by bringing Christmas gifts to the children. Every gesture, every donation, and every visit reminded us that love is built in community and that together, we can transform lives.
Team Appreciation Celebration
We closed the year with a special moment of gratitude, and reflection. Our team gathered to celebrate everything we built together in 2025, strengthening our bonds and renewing our commitment to the care, love, and mission God has entrusted to us.
Our Christmas and New Year’s Celebration
Christmas at Lar Maná was marked by joy, affection, and hope. The children experienced a beautiful evening, and we were able to provide a generous holiday dinner, including turkey, chicken salad, glazed ham, festive rice, and all the traditional Christmas dishes.
It was a unique and meaningful moment, thoughtfully prepared for each child, always remembering God’s love for every child welcomed at Lar Maná.
On December 31st, we celebrated the arrival of a new year with smiles, gratitude, and faith. We renewed our hope for even better days ahead, trusting that God will continue to guide and sustain every step of Lar Maná in 2026.
